So.... we decided to buy a home. Its located in Sammamish, Washington. A suburb outside of Seattle. Its about 15 miles East of Seattle and about a 30 minute commute for Chris to get to work. We picked Sammamish because its a newer community in the area (similar to Mason), with great schools, a great ward (Issaquah 6th Ward), shopping and recreational activities. We are about 2 blocks from Beaver Lake, 2 miles from Pine Lake, and 3 miles from Lake Sammamish State Park.
