Indy 500

Ok - Here are some pictures from our Family's trip to the Indianapolis 500 over the Memorial day weekend. It was amazing. We had the VIP treatment. We took a bus from Cincinnati to Indianapolis. Then once we got to Indy, we met our police escort. Yes, police escort - can you believe it. We were escorted through red lights, occassionally driving north on south-bound lanes, it was pretty amazing. Then we arrived at Indy. We had a hospitaliy suite that was facing the garage - where we could get out of the 90+ degree temperatures.

If you've never been to a NASCAR or Indy Car race, its quite the show. Watching people, the powerful cars and engines, lightening fast pit stop, 225MPH - wow.
